Shipping Fee about Pre-order Items

The shipping fee of the pre-order item is estimated fee. Once we get the package of the items, we need to refer to the price standard of the logistic company then evaluate the actual cost on shipping based on the weight and shape of the box. So the additional shipping fee maybe charged or not. 

We won't know the exact shipping rate until the figure is released, but we estimate that it may be just as expensive if not more expensive than the figure itself. Please keep this in mind before purchasing.

Shipping Fee about GK/statues

Most of GK/statues have not included the shipping cost, the shipping cost will be calculated when ready for shipping and inform via email.

Some in-stock GK/statues have already included the shpping cost since we know the weight and shape of the shipping box. Due to the large size of this GK/statues, the shipping cost may be extremely expensive. The transportation expenses may fluctuate in different periods due to the volatile foreign trade situation. Since the packaging of the product is not finalized until it is released, the price is for reference only. In order to cover the oversize, remote area, overweight and service charges which don’t been included in the result. Our final shipment quotation will be higher. Please refer to the final email confirmation from our customer service. It is expected to increase twenty to one hundred dollars on this basis.

If the product is damaged or contains defects the user agrees to report said defects to the site within 7 days of receiving the merchandise. The site will then determine the best course of action to be taken. The company will not provide service for any reports received after 7 or more days have elapsed from an order's date of receipt;

If the order is cancelled by our store, a full amount of payment will be refund. If a refund is required due to the buyer's facts, the store will charge a 9% refund fee. All shipped items are non-refundable.
