About Arrival time
The arrival time of the order will be affected by the delivery speed and transportation policy of the logistic agent, and there may be a delay of one week to several months (for example, the Japanese version of the products is most likely to be affected by international logistics, customs, etc.), thanks for your understanding.

About shipment fee
All costs related to shipping service will be borne by the user. All shipping costs and applicable services will be determined by the company;
The shipment fee of the pre-order will be calculated and notified together with the balance of the order. All the deposit does not include the shipment fee.
We provide a quotation inquiry system for buyers https://www.sfcservice.com/, but since the packaging of the product is not finalized until it is released, the price is for reference only. In order to cover the oversize, remote area, overweight and service charges which don’t been included in the result. Our final shipment quotation will be higher. Please refer to the final email confirmation from our customer service. It is expected to increase twenty to one hundred dollars on this basis.
No service to affiliated islands. Overseas and remote areas may not be available for international logistics. Before placing the order, please consult customer service in advance to confirm that you can receive the order.
Users agree to contact their local post office (not the company) for any changes to shipping address or other delivery details to be made after an order has been shipped;
The site accepts no liability for order or item cancellations caused by shipping delays, product availability, etc.
About after-sale service
Before the product reach the buyer, there will be many transportations procedure, we can’t avoid bumps of package.
We will select the best shipment service for delivery, but there is no guarantee of no bumps during the express transportation. A slight package damage will not be a reason for return or exchange. Opened box will affect the secondary sales, and not be accepted.
If the product is damaged or contains defects the user agrees to report said defects to the site within 7 days of receiving the merchandise. The site will then determine the best course of action to be taken. The company will not provide service for any reports received after 7 or more days have elapsed from an order's date of receipt;
If the order is cancelled by our store, a full amount of payment will be refund. If a refund is required due to the buyer's facts, the store will charge a 9% refund fee. All shipped items are non-refundable.
